Youth Club
What is the IBC Youth Club?
The Youth Club focusses on water-based and adventurous activities such as canoeing, kayaking and powerboating, with regular trips such as waterskiing and climbing, but also has off the water activities including arts and crafts, gardening and table tennis.
It meets four times a week during school term time and everyday during school holidays, offering a range of activities at a variety of levels. This ensures there are opportunities for progression from beginner to expert.
The youth work is an integral part of this with opportunities provided for peer led activities, design and implementation of activities both at the Club and off-site, and some limited employment opportunities.
All activities are supervised by appropriately qualified instructors and youth workers.
